A single report for one home, a subscription for anyone comparing several, unlimited plans for professionals.
Every plan includes the same report, the most complete available to anyone buying a home in Italy: 29 topics on the building and the area from 38 sources, plus the buying guide, with the source and licence for each figure. What changes is the number of reports and the features for people working with many properties.
Subscriptions are billed annually: the monthly price is only there to help you compare them. Renewal is automatic, but you can choose manual renewal when you subscribe or later, from your account. We email you fifteen days before your subscription ends. If you subscribe as a private individual you can withdraw within 14 days, as explained in the Terms of Service.
