A service that brings together public data on the home and the area and explains it in plain words.
Why it exists
People buying or renting a home look at photos, price and floor area. A lot of important information is public but scattered: risk maps, seismic zones, local prices, population data, services and transport. Each public body publishes it on its own website, with its own terms and its own acronyms.
The report gathers this information for one address, explains it in plain words and always names the source, so you can check it and discuss it with the seller, the estate agent, your surveyor or the notary (notaio).
How we work
- We only use public data from official bodies and open sources, under licences that allow reuse. The list is on Where the data comes from.
- We always say what the report cannot tell you: it is not a valuation, it is not a land registry search (visura catastale) and it does not replace the official plans.
- When a figure is missing we say so, instead of estimating it.
